Do You Want To Have a Better Quality of Life Start by Analyzing Your Thoughts - Love Quotes Blog

Sometimes, we hear about quality of life, but in doing so there are many types of interpretations of what it really is because for each person it can mean very different things.

The same goes for another question: what is happiness? What has to happen, what with the conditions that have to be given for one to be happy? Given these questions the answers can be surprisingly disparate.

1. WHAT IS QUALITY OF LIFE?

For some it is to have an easy life, without challenges or risks, in the comfort of the known, without complications. However, for others that same life would be a routine torture. What for one is comfort and tranquility, for another is to remain anchored without being able to grow, or live for real.

The right answer? It does not exist, but regardless of what each person believes is necessary to have a good quality of life, there is a determining factor: our emotions.

▶ The factor that determines our well-being: emotions

I think we have all known people who have everything and yet their emotional world is chaos. Or people who, in the worst situations, keep their inner world intact. Do you know how they do it? Working day by day so that your quality of life is not so conditioned by the circumstances.

Having dreams, aspirations, illusions, wanting to achieve good things is very good because we all want to improve. But for many successes that we reap, the problem lies in thinking that when we achieve those results, the quality of life with which we dream will come true, that only then will we be happy and that somehow all the gaps will disappear.

We magnify the emotional impact that we believe these events will have on our lives and, sometimes, we spend our lives waiting ...

Things or what happens outside will not solve our emotional conflicts, nor will it solve the problems of a couple, or the meaning of life. None of that is going to fill our life with fullness, because that can't be bought: it is something we have to develop.

For many things you get, if inside you there is no evolution, if you do not accept yourself, if you do not love yourself more, if you do not like what you do, if you do not grow and contribute in any way, you will end up feeling the unwanted emptiness or simply disappointment.

2. CONDITIONS (REAL) TO REACH YOUR QUALITY OF LIFE

A good quality of life is directly proportional to the quality of our emotions because that is where we live. We all live under a roof that shelters us and can be a very luxurious or very humble home, but where we really live is inside and, above all, how we feel inside.

▶ Tell me how you think and I'll tell you what you feel
It is not so much the circumstances that determine our quality of life, but the quality of our thoughts, which are ultimately responsible for our emotions and the army that dominates our life.

And our well-being also has a lot to do with the relationship we have with ourselves and our internal dialogue; if we live full of tension or live in calm, with serenity, acceptance, if we love ourselves.
▶ Invest in yourself and your personal development
For that reason, self-knowledge, personal development, emotional intelligence, all aspects of our personal evolution are what really make a difference in our emotional quality of life.

If you are well, the world is good. That is the first premise and not be thinking or waiting when we will achieve our goals.

Obviously we want to achieve our goals and find a security that brings us the desired stability, since they help us to have a better balance in life, but external things are not going to solve internal problems.

▶ Personal relationships and quality of life: a very close relationship
Today, after countless studies, we know that one of the most important ingredients of happiness is the quality of our relationships. Those that are good and deep, with which to talk, share and connect.

It has been shown that all of them help us to have better health, to feel more connected, drive away the feeling of loneliness and give us a greater sense of belonging.
From there, each person must design their life based on what they like, what they fill the most, find a balance between work, leisure, sport, spend more time with friends, connect with nature. Do more of what makes you happy.

But always keep in mind that everything starts and ends in you. The main part is your inner world, because if you are well it will be much easier to have better relationships and achieve the goals you set for yourself.
